Why i don’t have Facebook?

Do you have a friend who has not registered in Facebook yet? A family member of mine still stays in Friendster and says she didn’t want to join the bandwagon because she wanted to be unique. What?

I guess Facebook no matter how addictive it is, isn’t for everyone.

Is Facebook safer than myspace?

Facebook has taken a lot of pioneering steps towards data and user privacy and I find more comfort exposing and using my account in Facebook than in MySpace.

I cannot however say that Facebook is Safer than MySpace and safety is also the responsibility of users which is to be careful on updating their profiles, who are the people on their network, and who are the people they interact with on the social network.

Safety on using social networks is the responsibility of social networks and the users as well.

List of Schools on Facebook

List of Schools on Facebook

I remember when I first joined Facebook, you needed an email address from either a school or company that is recognized by Facebook before you can join their social networking.

Today, everyone with an email address can join. In case you need to know what are the list of schools on Facebook, I would assume that any school you can list or think of is already on Facebook.

My advise is to search the list of schools from the Department of Education and most likely they are on Facebook, with the exception of schools not on this planet.

Facebook Unblock

If you were unfortunately blocked from Facebook, the best way to deal with it is to sob a little and prepare yourself that your account would never get unblocked. You might have done something, cheated on your games that put tremendous strain on the servers like autobot farming like crazy in farmville.

When you’re done sobbing, get your act together and come up with the best email with the best alibi and send them over the Facebook support. Wait for their response and if they decline, try to be apologetic and beg to get yourself back on the account again.

If you still don’t get unblocked in Facebook, then its time to create a new account.
